My story

Made of Light

A research scientist who followed the science all the way to frequency, and tested it on herself first.

Tatyana, smiling

I'm Tatyana, a biology graduate of the University of New Orleans and a research scientist. I've spent my career studying life at the level of the cell. This is the story of how that path led me here.

Trained to look closer

My academic and professional life has been about one question: what is really happening inside the body? At LSU Dental School, I co-authored two publications on Streptococcus and its role in tooth decay. While I was there, I saw something that never left me: sound waves at ultrasonic frequencies could break apart bacteria. Frequency wasn't abstract. It could change living things.

In the cadaver lab, I saw the consequences of disease in real life, not just in textbooks. It gave me a deep compassion for people living with illness, and a growing conviction that there had to be a better way to support the body.

Inside the lab

I went on to a biotech company that built lab models for pharmaceutical testing. There I worked with one of the most remarkable technologies the body already holds, stem cells, guiding them to grow into organoids that resemble the brain and nerves. I later joined the company's engineering team as its only woman, designing company-wide protocols that bridged biology and automation. My colleagues called me a master surgeon for completing twenty microdissections in under an hour.

But I'll be honest: I was never moved by helping create more drugs that would create more customers. I just didn't yet know what to do with that feeling. At Thermo Fisher, I worked as an Operations Specialist on their COVID testing robot, and I saw first-hand both the promise and the limits of technology in a diagnostic setting.

Following the thread to frequency

The more I learned, the more I wanted to know, and the more I wanted technology to work with nature rather than against it. I began researching the properties of plants on my own, looking for what addresses root causes, not just symptoms. Every answer opened a door, and the doors kept leading to the same place: frequency. The research shows the body responds to it. Everything from light to sound has a measurable effect. That's when the picture came full circle, and I knew I was being guided.

Nothing left to lose

Then life tested me. Personal situations piled up until stress and anxiety had me at my wit's end. I already believed in frequency. I had a frequency generator at home and had been using it in my everyday life and for my family. But I wanted to know how far it could really go.

I felt I had nothing left to lose, so I decided to hack my own reality.

I approached it the only way I know how: like a scientist. I'd built protocols for companies before, so I started with the root cause. What actually keeps a person from quantum leaping into the life they know is meant for them? From those answers I designed a complete protocol: releasing trauma held in the DNA, quieting the loop of negative thoughts, and opening space for manifestation. Then I ran it on myself first.

One video

Not long after, something shifted. Even my TikTok feed seemed to be nudging me: share this. So I posted one video about what I was doing, and it took off. That single post carried me from about 6,000 followers to a community of more than 17,000 travellers, and it changed my life. It's why the work you see here exists.

Why I do this work

Everything I offer is built the way I was trained to build: with structure, intention and a respect for the research, and with the heart of someone who has walked through it herself. My mission is to help you expand your consciousness of what's possible, and to give you the final push into the timeline you already know is yours.

Welcome to your new timeline. — Tatyana
