What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone and shipping address.
- Booking and order details, your signed waiver and any health information you choose to share for your sessions.
- Game results and the choices you make in our games, if you unlock your full reading by email.
- Chat messages you send us.
- If you join our waitlist, your name and email. We keep them only until you book a remote week or leave the list (every waitlist email has a link to leave).
- Whether you agreed to receive our newsletter.
- Anonymous visit statistics (see “Site statistics” below).
How we use it
To provide and schedule your services, deliver products and downloads, send booking reminders and receipts, and — only if you opt in — send our newsletter. We do not sell your information.
If you start checkout with Quantum Toolbox items and don't finish, we may send you one reminder email about 24 hours later with a discount on those items. We send it only once for that cart.
Site statistics
We count visits to understand which pages are helpful: the page viewed, time spent on it, the website that linked to us, your device type (phone, tablet or computer), your country, and whether items were added to a cart. We use no cookies or tracking scripts from other companies for this. Each visitor is counted with a code that changes every day and can't be used to identify you, and we never store your IP address. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal, we don't count your visit at all. These statistics are deleted after about 13 months.
Who processes it
We use trusted providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), Stripe (payments — we never see or store your full card number) and Resend (email delivery).
Samples
Personal samples you send are used only for your sessions. They're kept securely for the duration of your service and destroyed afterwards. We never perform genetic, DNA or medical testing on samples.
How long we keep it
We keep signed waivers and session notes for three years after your last service, then securely delete them.
Your choices
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
Consumer Health Data Notice (Washington, Nevada and Connecticut residents)
We may collect health information you choose to share, such as conditions disclosed in your waiver or consultation. We use it only to provide and schedule your services safely. We collect it only with your consent, which you give when you sign the waiver.
We never sell your health information, and we share it only with the service providers listed in this policy, who store it on our behalf.
You may ask to see, delete or withdraw consent for your health information at any time by writing to PO Box 264, Arabi, Louisiana 70032 or through our contact page. We'll respond within 45 days.
