Client Waiver and Release

1. Nature of the services

I understand that the services provided by Divine Path Ascension, including consultations, One Week Remote Healing, Reality Hacking, in-person plasma frequency sessions, coaching, Divine Dotts and frequency-imprinted water, are offered for entertainment and spiritual wellness purposes only.

2. Not medical care

I understand these services are not medical diagnosis, treatment or a cure, and are not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider. I will not stop or change any medication or treatment because of these services without consulting my healthcare provider. The devices used are not FDA-approved for the treatment of disease.

3. Health screening

Before my first session, I will answer yes or no to each of the following, and I will tell Divine Path Ascension if anything changes:

1. Do you have a pacemaker, defibrillator or any other implanted electronic device?
2. Are you pregnant, or could you be pregnant?
3. Do you have a heart condition or irregular heartbeat?
4. Do you have epilepsy or a history of seizures?
5. Do you have metal implants, plates or pins?
6. Do you have any other medical condition, or take any medication, that your healthcare provider has said could be affected by electrical or frequency devices?

If I answer yes to any of these, I understand I may be asked to get clearance from my healthcare provider first, and that some services may not be offered to me.

4. Health disclosure

I confirm I have told Divine Path Ascension about any implanted electronic device (such as a pacemaker), pregnancy, seizure disorder or other condition that may be relevant to frequency or electrical sessions, and I accept responsibility for consulting my healthcare provider before taking part.

5. No guaranteed results

I understand that experiences and results vary and that no specific outcome has been promised to me.

6. Assumption of risk and release

I take part voluntarily and accept responsibility for my own wellbeing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Divine Path Ascension, its owner Tatyana Flot, also known as Tatyana Thompson, and any successor business entity, together with their employees, contractors and agents, from claims arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

7. Samples

For remote services, I consent to sending personal samples as instructed and understand they are used only for my sessions.

8. Term

This waiver applies to all services I book and remains valid for one year from the date I sign it.
