How your week works

  1. Your 30-minute consultation

    We talk through your goals and choose the right work for you. For Remote Healing, this is where I design your custom frequency set. Your consultation fee is credited toward your week if you book within 90 days.

  2. Book your week

    After your consultation, you'll receive your personal link to choose any open week within 90 days. Sample instructions arrive in your inbox right after booking.

  3. Mail your fingernail sample

    Your week can only begin once I've received it. Samples must arrive by Thursday to start that Saturday. If your sample arrives late, you'll be moved to the next week with an open spot, which may not be the following week. We strongly recommend sending your sample by Priority Mail. Regular mail can take 1–5 business days, and samples must arrive by Thursday to start that Saturday.

  4. Saturday, 8 p.m. — frequencies begin

    Your frequency runs start at 8 p.m. Central Time and continue 24 hours a day on my remote scalar wave generators.

  5. Two coaching calls during your week

    We connect by phone twice while your frequencies are running, to guide you through what's coming up.

  6. The following Saturday, 8 p.m. — your week completes

    Seven full days, start to finish.

  7. Debrief call

    We talk through your week together: what you noticed, what shifted and where to go next.
